Hope you have all got full pockets on Saturday when our ’special’ of 7/4 Swansea to beat Leeds obliged……….it would have been even easier if they had kept 11 players on the field! Let’s hope that the run is continued at Swindon on New Year’s Day where we offer 5/4 about a Swansea victory.

Following the postponement of the Carlisle game we look forward to entertaining Cheltenham at the Liberty Stadium on Boxing Day. While this will give Jason Scotland a few more days to get fit it also means another fixture has to be fitted in later in the season…..and it’s a long trip to Carlisle!!
We have Swansea at 1/2 Cheltenham at 5/1 and the Draw at 5/2.

Welsh Rugby fans must be looking forward to the Christmas fixtures where the’Dragons’ travel to meet the ‘Blues’ on Boxing Day. After the fine win over Stade Francais Cardiff must be confident of beating the ‘Dragons’.
The next day sees the ‘Ospreys’ meeting the ‘Scarlets’ at Stradey Park. After a fine win in Ulster, overcoming some strange refereeing decisions, the ‘Ospreys’ must be confident that they can overcome the’ Scarlets’.

Swansea City will be hoping to follow up the impressive 3-0 victory over Southend when they face the long journey to Carlisle on Saturday.
Jason Scotland may be fit to return after injury but they will be without Warren Feeney who will be out of action for 7-8 weeks with ankle ligament damage. If Scotland fails to make it then Swansea will be left with Duffy and/or Bouza up-front.

The Heineken Cup continues this week-end with two of our Welsh teams at home and two away. The ‘Blues’ have a difficult task at home to Stade Francais and the ‘Dragons’ face Treviso on Saturday. On Friday the ‘Ospreys’ travel to play Ulster and on Sunday the ‘Scarlets’ visit Munster.
We have three teams sharing favouritism for the Heineken Cup…..Gloucester,Stade Francais and Toulouse all at 5/1. The best hopes for a Welsh winner seem to be the Ospreys who are 20/1 and the ‘Blues’ at 40/1.

Swansea, after recovering from a fright from non-league Horsham, return to League action at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday where the visitors will be Southend. We are offering a top price of evens that the Swans maintain the current form. The game against Bristol Rovers has been re-arranged and will take place on Tuesday 5th February.
Cardiff face a difficult task when they travel to in-form Bristol City. The ‘Bluebirds’ are 5/2 to grab the points. They may come face to face with former Swansea star Lee Trundle and we are offering 7/1 that Trundle gets the first goal.
Wrexham will face Brentford at the Racecourse and we are offering 6/5 about a home victory. They seem to be showing great improvement since the arrival of Brian Little.
