It looks like there will be a few departures annonced soon at the Liberty. It seems that up to 10 players will be leaving. A new striker seems to be the main concern and Pablo Counago could still be a possibility.Others mentioned are the Southampton pair Saganowski and Rasiak.
Cardiff entertain Valencia in an interesting friendly on Saturday and will be hoping that the departure of captain Roger Johnson to Birmingham will not be too big a loss, as he was always likely to grab a goal as well as being a great defender.

Not long to wait for the start of another exciting season for Swansea and Cardiff.
Cardiff have brought in 3 new signings and will be hoping to get Joe Ledley to extend his contact. I was excited when I heard that they had signed Gerrard ….unfortunately it wasn’t Steven!!
Swansea will have to re-group after the many recent departures and I am sure we will have some transfer activity fairly soon.
We were all sorry to hear of John Hartson’s illness and send our best wishes for a speedy recovery.
